Emergency Contacts

Emergency Situation?  First dial 9-1-1….immediately!

NPNA strongly advises all residents to dial 9-1-1 first when an emergency situation occurs.  Our Northwest Dallas Police Division encourages neighbors to report any and all suspicious activity causing alarm to you.

Examples – Obvious 9-1-1 Emergencies

Some of the more “obvious” emergency situations that you should report immediately to 9-191 include:

  • Invasion of your home, shed, or property without your consent
  • Attacks verbally or physically on your person or to another person
  • Vandalism to your property or to our public property in the parks
  • Theft and/or damages to your cars or other personal property

Examples – Not as Obvious 9-1-1 Emergencies

Additionally, there are other reasons to contact 9-1-1 which may not be “obvious” but should be reported to 9-1-1 including:

  • Door-to-door solicitation that becomes disruptive or threatening
  • Abandoned vehicles on your street or in our neighborhood
  • Cars driving through our neighborhood slowly or that try to solicit you in conversation against your will
  • Suspicious individuals in the area that appear to be “loitering” on our streets or in our parks

REMEMBER!  Our Police WANT YOU TO CALL 9-1-1 if you feel a situation warrants emergency police response!
