Dallas Daycare Academy is opening a new all day childcare center and preschool for infants through Pre-K in January. It will be located at Holy Cross Lutheran Church at 11425 Marsh Lane, Dallas 75229. The owners of Dallas Daycare Academy are Linda Rogers, and Patricia and David Gray – all residents of Northaven Park and members of NPNA.
We have a successful and highly rated licensed home daycare which was started in early 2011. It is located in a 900 SF addition to the Grays’ home on Vancouver. We are excited to be able to provide the same loving care to more children in our community.
We will be open for children from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, and will accept children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. We intend to provide the highest quality child care and early education in north Dallas.
Our education program incorporates leading methodologies that promote social, emotional and cognitive development. For our primary curriculum, we will use the bi-lingual version of Frog Street Press, which was chosen by the Dallas ISD as well as a large number of other ISDs and preschools, and we believe it is the best curriculum available for early learners.
We will augment this curriculum with enrichment and extracurricular activities, e.g. arts and crafts, gardening, yoga, dance, music, soccer, science, robotics, lego building & other activities.
